The apartment is located on rue Boucher de Perthes, just steps from rue Nationale, 10 minutes from the Grand-Place and the Opera. Lille Flandres train station is a 19-minute walk away, and République Beaux-Arts metro station is 8 minutes away.
Space
The studio is located on rue Boucher de Perthes, on the first floor (no lift) of a beautiful building typical of Lille. You will have access to the whole flat. Ideal for couples or solo travellers. It comprises a lovely, bright living room with a comfortable double bed, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower and WC. As the neighbourhood is lively, particularly in the evening due to nearby bars, it is not unusual to hear noise from outside, especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The staircase leading to the apartment is also narrow and steep. We invite you to take both of these points into account when planning your stay, especially if you are travelling with luggage, young children, have reduced mobility or are sensitive to noise. The studio will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV
