Studio ideally located in the center of Lille. Everything is within walking distance. Lille Flandres train station is an 11-minute walk away, the metro is 3 mins away. Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the fourth floor with no lift. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. Earplugs for greater comfort is advised.
Space
The apartment is located on rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the fourth floor of a typical Lille building. The staircase to the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. There is no elevator in this accommodation. The apartment comprises a living room with a small equipped area, a double bed (140 x 200) and an open-plan bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and crockery for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! As the neighborhood is quite lively, we advise light sleepers to bring earplugs!
