Equipped studio ideally located in the center of Lille next to Place de la République. The stations are 15 minutes away, as well as the metro 5 minutes away. Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence. Sound insulation is limited and accommodation is located in a lively area, we advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort

The apartment is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the fourth floor of a typical Lille building. Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking (also think about luggage). The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen area, a double bed (140X200), modern decoration and a bathroom with shower. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video. The apartment is functional, perfect for short stays.
