Exceptional location for this studio, at the foot of the Grand Place and the Opera. A 5-minute walk from Lille Flandres station, next to the famous Meert tea room, you will also find shops, restaurants, cinemas. No need to use public transport or the car, everything is done on foot!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Living space with double bed, television and equipped kitchen (hob, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, etc.) - Separate WC at the entrance level - Bathroom with bathtub and sink The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

Nearby parking lots: If you come by car, I recommend the “Lille Opéra EFFIA” car park (closest to the accommodation) or “Lille Nouveau Siecle EFFIA” located 2 minutes away on foot, the prices are correct for the city center, less than 15 euros per day. It is also possible to park on the street, Sunday is a free parking day, but in the center it is not the easiest thing!
