About
The apartment is located in the center of Lille, a few steps from the pedestrian streets and the Grand Place. 3 min from the metro and 15 min from the train station. Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the second floor with no lift. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. Earplugs for greater comfort are advised.
Space
The apartment is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical Lille building, and you'll have access to the entire unit. Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the staircases are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The room comprises: a 140x200 double bed with a dining area, a small fully-equipped kitchen. And an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The neighborhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs! The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. République Beaux Arts metro station is a 3-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, République Beaux Arts bus station is a 3-minute walk away, V'Lille station at 1 (Place richebé station). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Parking Effia république beaux arts at 5 min , 17€ for 24h. Sundays are free parking days in the streets. As the building's soundproofing is not perfect for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs!
