Located on rue de la Clef, in the heart of Old Lille, the duplex is on the second floor of a building with no lift. It was renovated in October 2026. Rihour metro station is a 6-minute walk away, and Lille Flandres train station is 8 minutes away.
Space
The building being old and typical of Old Lille, the staircase leading up is narrow, and the staircase inside the apartment, leading to the bedroom and bathroom, is spiral: please take this into account if you're travelling with large suitcases, young children, or have reduced mobility. The bathroom is located under the slope of the roof: ceiling height is reduced there, especially at the bathtub, which may be uncomfortable if you are taller than 1.75m. The apartment is laid out over two levels as follows: - Level 1: a living room with lounge area and open-plan equipped kitchen - Level 2 (under the roof): an attic bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath and WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.

You will have access to the entire accommodation, with check-in available at any time from 3pm onwards. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host being present.
