This apartment is located in the heart of Old Lille, rue Saint-André. It is on the third floor without lift (fairly wide stairs) of an old building. The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is very functional, bright and has quality bedding. The accommodation is facing the courtyard and is therefore very quiet. Ideal for visiting Lille with family or friends!
Space
This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly building, so it is suitable for responsible, respectful travellers; please be sure not to party or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. Important: Reservations for parties, events, celebrations, or any other festive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any intervention by law enforcement or any complaint from neighbors regarding noise disturbances will result in the full forfeiture of the security deposit, as well as the immediate termination of the reservation without any refund. The apartment is arranged as follows: - Entrance leading to the kitchen area with American bar - Lounge area with TV - A bedroom area (separated from the living room by a curtain) with a double bed - A fully partitioned bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with sink and shower - Separate toilets Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can take and return the keys at any time without the mandatory presence of the host. The "Voltaire" bus stop is located at the bottom of the building (line B10 serving Lille Flandres station). Allow 19 minutes on foot from Lille Flandres station, 22 minutes from Lille Europe station. V'Lille station 2 minutes on foot.
