This beautiful apartment is located on rue Léonard Danel, one of the main arteries of Old Lille. It is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a typical city building. The apartment has been recently renovated and is spacious and quiet (it overlooks a garden). You will even have your own private parking space, which is quite rare in the area and very convenient. Please note that the maximum clearance height of the parking entrance is 2.30 m.Ideal for visiting the city!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Separate kitchen directly on the left after the front door - Large living room with dining area and lounge - A bedroom with double bed - separate WC - Bathroom with shower and sink The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present.
