This apartment is located in the heart of Lille, rue Patou. It is located in the semi-basement but has windows (two in the living room, a third in the bedroom). The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is very functional and has quality bedding. Ideal for visiting Lille!

The apartment is laid out as follows: - Entrance leading to the equipped kitchen, the dining area and the living room (with TV) - A separate bedroom with double bed and workspace (important for people sensitive to light: the room has a blind but the light cannot be completely obscured) - A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet Professional maid service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here are the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can take and return the keys at any time without the mandatory presence of the host. The République metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The Champ de Mars bus stop is 200 meters away and takes you to Lille Flandres station in about fifteen minutes and to Lille Europe station in 20 minutes (line L5).
