With original hardwood floors, period stained-glass windows, and high ceilings, it offers all the charm of an older home, just a 10 to 15 minute walk from downtown.

Spacious rooms, original hardwood floors, high ceilings, period stained-glass windows, and two marble fireplaces: this apartment exudes old-world charm. Bright and welcoming, it feels just like home. It consists of a large living area with a sitting room and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) facing the quiet rear of the building, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining: stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, and utensils. The building is older and soundproofing may be limited; you may occasionally hear everyday noises from the building or the surrounding area.
