This flat is located in the heart of the Renaissance residence, a former town house. The residence is secure. The flat is located on the second floor, facing the courtyard, and is bright and quiet. Numerous shops, cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The tramway is just a short walk away.

The flat is a duplex, as follows: First level. - A fully equipped kitchen - An open-plan living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area - A sleeping area separated from the living room by large sliding doors - A separate WC Second level. - A bathroom with bath and washing machine (please note that the ceiling is not very high, not suitable for very tall people). Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
Access
We live in the building and will be available. This apartment is suitable for all responsible travelers, please be sure not to party or make excessive noise (music, shouting) after 8pm. You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in possible. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence. The "Botanique" streetcar stop is 100 meters away and takes you to Lille in five minutes. The tramway takes you to both railway stations and their respective metro stations (Lille Flandres and Lille Europe). Lille's Grand Place is a 4-minute walk from Lille Flandres station, the tramway terminus.

We are available during your stay by phone from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our maintenance technicians are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in case of emergency.
