This apartment is located in the heart of La Madeleine, rue Jean Mermoz. It is on the second floor without elevator (fairly wide stairs) of a two-unit building. The apartment was renovated in 2023, it is very functional, bright and has quality bedding. The accommodation is in a residential area and is therefore very quiet. Ideal for a short stay with family or friends!

Please note: please note that the common areas (entrance to the building, stairwell) are currently being renovated. The apartment, fully air-conditioned, is arranged as follows: - Entrance leading to the lounge area with TV - Equipped kitchen - Bathroom with sink and shower - WC - Two upstairs bedrooms with double bed Professional maid service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here are the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!
