Welcome to my home! This charming 93m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You’ll also have access to a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the scenic view. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The first bedroom is an ensuite with a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom features a king-sized bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and have access to a balcony. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries. For added convenience, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, a lake, and a gym. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Located on the 6th floor, the building has an elevator for easy access. Please note that this property features a private elevator to the beach, available for guest use. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
