Welcome to my home! The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms contain a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: You need to use stairs to access the flat; there is no elevator and the property is on the third floor.
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

NOTE: You need to use stairs to access the flat; there is no elevator and the property is on the third floor. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
