Situated mere steps away from the Dundrum tram station, you can reach Dublin in approximately 34 minutes. There's a local grocer nearby, and Lidly is just a bit further, ensuring you can easily shop for your essentials. Fully furnished, my flat provides a comfortable and homely environment. The sunlit living area features a snug sofa to relax and enjoy your favourite TV shows. A small table with four chairs is available for meals, and the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals. Help yourself to a complimentary cup of coffee and make yourself at home. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a built-in wardrobe, offering ample storage space. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two extra guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer, providing all the amenities you need to freshen up. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
