On the basement level of the building is direct access to the lake, where you can enjoy the kid's play area, dog parks, and basketball court; you can also go for a run, a scooter or just a stroll enjoying the view of the lake. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
