There are also floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto the balcony furnished with a sitting place where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning marina views! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. In the bedroom, you'll find a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep comfortably and lots of storage for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Note: There is ongoing construction near the apartment which may result in some noise during the daytime. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
