Our apartment perfectly blends luxury and convenience, situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access in a picturesque area. It is an ideal choice for those seeking a luxurious and well-connected retreat. The living room features a sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading to a furnished balcony with a Canal view. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Both bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
