A bright living space boasts a plush sofa, a smart TV, and a private balcony with seating areas perfect for lounging and enjoying the views. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, cookware, and cutlery. Feel complimentary to use the coffee machine available at your leisure. You will also have a dishwasher for your added convenience. The apartment also features a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. You will have a lavish king bed in the bedroom, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Equipped with two bathrooms, an ensuite bathroom, and a guest bathroom, both have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
