ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Quiet, cozy and stylish studio with everything we needed for a one-week stay, and a stunning view of the canal and sea. The location is unbeatable, with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and mini-marts

The flat is the same as in the photo. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Lived for a fortnight, in general not bad) recommend it
