Space
Well located in a peaceful Bluewaters community, 10 mins walk from the beach and near numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is modern and spacious with a huge living area and a balcony with a sunset view. With two bedrooms (queen beds), three bathrooms and a lot of storage space, it’s ideal for 4 guests. Fully equipped open kitchen with all the appliances and a Nespresso machine. The living area has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. You will also have access to a modern gym with a sea view, infinity outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, kids playing area. Free parking. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
