Perched on the 15th floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 90m² apartment offers a prime location close to top Dubai attractions, including Dubai Marina Mall and the Dubai Marina Yacht Club. Designed with an open floor plan, the spacious living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining area. Step out onto the private balcony, furnished with seating, and enjoy the stunning high-rise views of the Marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, there's also a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup effortless, along with a washer, dryer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs. The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a luxurious king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. Both rooms are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The two modern bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. During your stay, you’ll have full access to the building’s pool and gym, offering relaxation and fitness opportunities without leaving the residence. Please note that the building lobby is undergoing major renovations until the end of November. Rest assured, there will be no noise inside the apartment during working hours. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.
