This beautiful studio apartment is perfect for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. While offering scenic views of the Dubai Canal, this unit includes a living area with a luxurious king bed and a single sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. Relax on the plush sofa bed while watching your favorite shows on the wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options. There is also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the magnificent views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
