Additional charges apply for extra services upon request and subject to availability, including a baby cot at AED 200 per stay, a high chair at AED 100 per stay, an extra bed at AED 200 per stay, and an Arabic breakfast for two guests at AED 150 per order. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may use the balcony or designated smoking areas outside the building. A non-smoking fee of AED 2,500 per stay will be charged for any violation. For OTA bookings, the charge will be claimed through the platform, while for direct bookings, it will be deducted from the security deposit. Pets are not allowed in the property. Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning and restoration costs due to deep cleaning requirements, including removal of hair, odours, and allergens. A penalty fee of AED 1,000 will apply.
