Bahar 1 is one of the towers in Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR) with a few minutes walk to reach the beach with Bluewater's - Ain Dubai View. It is located very close to Dubai Marina and within 5 minutes of walking distance to JBR Walk. This two-bedroom contemporary apartment has all the amenities for a pleasant stay and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Welcome to my home! The property also has an indoor health club and a beautiful shared swimming pool for adults and children. A covered car parking is also available. The living room features a large L-shaped sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a large dining table to accommodate four. The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large balcony, so you can fully relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The master bedroom offers an ensuite with a king-sized bed and a secondary bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest. Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please note that there may be some noise from the road outside, as the building is located next to a main street. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Access
Guests will have access to the entire home. Gym access is no longer available for guests. Kindly remove this from all listings. Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access. Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
