Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing the world's tallest building and the world's largest fountains and mall. This brand-new unit on the 35th floor, tastefully decorated with a modern touch, offers a delightful 105 m² space near Dubai's top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall! The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa bed, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. Step onto the private balcony to relax and enjoy the breathtaking cityscape and open sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are two magnificent bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. During your stay, you can access various amenities, including a pool, gym, kids' play area, yoga studio, cinema, games room, and squash courts. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
