This home is designed with an open floor plan complete with high-end amenities. The living room features a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table enough to seat two. There's a large balcony furnished with a seating area to enjoy the breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is also a washer and ironing equipment for your use. The bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed lined in hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The building includes a gorgeous shared swimming pool and a health club for you to enjoy. Both facilities can be found on the 2nd floor. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
