Welcome to our home! This fantastic apartment is the perfect place to spend a stay in Dubai. The space is equipped with a nice big and comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV so you can relax after a day in the city. There is also a balcony with chairs where you can have a nide view over the city. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, cookware, and more. The bedroom has a comfy king-size bed with hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience! In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. We hope you have a fantastic stay!

Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
