This charming apartment, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Costa da Caparica and enjoy the seaside scenery, standing out for its incredible sea view. Ideal for couples, this accommodation features an inviting and bright living area with an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The living room, adorned with an elegant botanical-patterned wallpaper, is equipped with a round dining table, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. The welcoming kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to the basic utensils, the kitchen has an oven, electric hob and other practical appliances to assist you day to day. Access to the sunny balcony is through the wide glass doors from the living room, flooding the entire interior with abundant natural light during the day. The outdoor space is furnished with relaxing design chairs and a small table, making it the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast in the sun or take in the stunning panoramic view over the vast sandy beach and the ocean. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated in a very serene style and is equipped with a comfortable double bed. Incredibly bright, it offers direct access to the balcony, giving you the privilege of waking up to a superb front-facing sea view. This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The overall experience was good but this place needs some serious updating. While Brendo was helpful as best he could, there were some issues that he could not fix. First the washing machine is broken
