Welcome to my apartment! This modern and tastefully decorated 100m² house has everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay in Cannes! The living room features two large sofa beds (140x200) and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. There is also a dining table for six people. The house has two private terraces to lounge and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have double beds (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The basement has a gym as well as a home cinema where you can enjoy amazing movie nights! The garage is also at your disposal to park your car! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
