It is fully furnished and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops and train stations within a short walking distance of the property, so guests can easily explore the city!

Welcome to my home! The living room features a comfy sofa, a three-person dining area, and a flat-screen TV which you can watch your favourite shows via the available streaming options. You can access the private balcony with a seating area to relax and enjoy the beautiful views! The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven and a kettle. There are two bedrooms, and both contain a plush king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The property includes private parking with an associated fee, indicated by an information sign near the property. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
