Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living/dining space features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for four. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals, such as an electric plate, an oven and a coffee machine. The bedrooms have a lovely double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. A washing machine is also available to serve your laundry needs. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a €200 refundable security deposit or a €20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to €200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

The best thing about it is the location, just a 2-minute walk from Plaza de la Bolsa. The check-in process is very convenient, with the keys stored in a locker at the door. Guest Ready kept us updated
