Very attractive studio apartment renovated in December 2024 and beautifully decorated, 30 m2, quiet and bright on the ground floor, perfectly located on the quays. The flat is located on the Quais Sainte-Croix, close to Saint-Jean station and opposite the tramway, with direct access to the city centre. It is ideal for tourist and business stays.

- 1 main room with living room and open kitchen - 1 sleeping area with comfortable new bedding, sofa bed replaced on 8 August 2024 by Queen size bed - 1 attractive bathroom with large shower - 1 toilet THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. EQUIPMENT All facilities provided: washing machine, wifi, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each reservation. Pay parking lot at Les Salinières or André Meunier parking lot a 5-minute walk away.
