Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 50m² apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible by an elevator! The property has recently undergone several improvements, including refreshed bathtub sealing, a brand-new burgundy sofa bed cover in the living room, additional cleared storage space for guests, and a deep kitchen cleaning, so you can book and enjoy your stay stress-free. This apartment is located just two steps from the charming Place Sainte Croix, home to the Théâtre national de Bordeaux Aquitaine, and a mere 4-minute walk from the Gare Saint-Jean. It boasts an ideal location for travellers. Additionally, the Tauzia streetcar station is conveniently situated at the foot of the building, providing easy access to the city centre in just 5 minutes. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for cooking delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
