Light pours into an elegant open living and dining area, where a considered mix of wood and rattan furnishings creates a calm, inviting atmosphere — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring, or settling in for a longer stay. A dedicated working corner with a desk offers a comfortable spot to stay productive. The open kitchen is sleek and fully equipped, anchored by a striking exposed-brick wall and a restored wooden window that frames the historic streetscape below. The bedroom is a quiet sanctuary, with a plush bed, a full built-in wardrobe, and soft, atmospheric lighting. The bathroom is the true showstopper: deep emerald floor-to-ceiling tiling wraps the shower room, fitted with a rainfall showerhead and a separate handheld shower head for a truly indulgent wash, while a floating double vanity in warm oak brings a spa-like calm to the daily routine. Guests enjoy full private access to the entire apartment. Please note the building has no lift and the apartment sits on the 4th floor, so guests should be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. Check-in is conducted in person, with a member of our team welcoming you at the property.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
