Welcome to my 69 m² apartment on the 13th floor with elevator access, located in Bagnolet. Comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests, it features two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 8 minutes from the metro, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay right at the gateway to Paris.
Space
Welcome! The front door of this 69 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegant, and thoughtfully decorated space. The living room features a very comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed for a fifth guest, as well as a television. The dining area includes a large table that can seat up to six people. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and more. Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed (140x200 cm) dressed with hotel-quality linens for a restful and comfortable stay. For your little one’s comfort, a travel crib is also provided in the apartment. The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate for added convenience. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is unpack and enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
