About
We propose you this villa of 294m² in our beautiful region of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Equipped with a heated swimming pool, it is located in the Abatilles area. Perfect for 14 people in an idyllic setting. In front of the house, there is a path with direct access to the beach, the thalassotherapy centre and behind the house a forest. All amenities are nearby.
Space
Renovated in 2021, the villa is on 2 levels and here is the configuration: Ground floor: (no air conditioning on this floor) A children's playroom with TV (Chromecast), games, DVD player , 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with central & reversible air-conditioning We also provide a cot and a high chair for the little ones. In the garage is located the washing machine and dryer. All rooms are equipped with a hotel bed for extreme comfort as well as a mirror and a chest of drawers and/or cupboard. A large living room with kitchen, lounge and dining room (table for 14 or more people). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a good meal! The living room has a TV and a fireplace with a view of the pool and access to the terrace on the first floor. A heated swimming pool open from May to September: size 6X2 with an electric above-ground cover for children's safety.
Access
The villa is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. Free parking is available in front of the villa.

Other information
The cleaning service includes the provision of hotel linen. During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
