With a floor area of 110 m², the house is centred around a large, bright 40 m² living area, ideal for gathering with family or friends. The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso machine and new appliances) blends seamlessly into the living space. The sleeping area comprises 4 comfortable bedrooms with new bedding (3 double beds and 1 queen-size bed), accommodating up to 8 people in the best possible conditions. One of the bedrooms is self-contained with its own en-suite bathroom, whilst remaining attached to the main house: an ideal space for teenagers, a couple seeking more privacy, or simply for enjoying a quieter spot. You will also have access to two en-suite bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets, for added everyday convenience. Outside, you’ll enjoy the lovely garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining after a day by the water. Parking is available on the property or easily on the street.
