Charming, fully renovated 3-star house of 70 m², located just 900 meters from the center of Amboise. Nestled in the grounds of a manor house, it offers a peaceful and verdant setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Terrace, garden, air conditioning, and all the comforts needed to feel right at home.
Space
This house is arranged over two levels and offers a cozy and bright atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find: a large, comfortable bedroom Upstairs, you will enjoy a beautiful living space with a cathedral ceiling: a welcoming living room with a sofa and armchairs, air conditioning, and a TV a dining area a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, etc.) You will also find: a second large, air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hairdryer The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant and relaxing setting: a garden a private, sunny terrace with a table and chairs sun loungers and a parasol for your relaxation There is also space to park your bicycles. Your car can be easily parked in front of the property.
