Welcome! This spacious and welcoming apartment, carefully decorated to provide a relaxing atmosphere and make you feel at home, is the ideal starting point to explore Almada and its surroundings. Perfect for families or groups, this accommodation features a large, bright living room filled with natural light. The living area is equipped with a generous L-shaped sofa, comfortable poufs, a TV and a practical side table (desk), making it the perfect space to relax and socialise. The kitchen, very spacious and independent, is fully equipped and includes a dining table for your meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge and washing machine to help you in your day-to-day life. The apartment comprises three comfortable and harmoniously decorated bedrooms, all with storage space for your belongings. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with inviting double beds, one of which benefits from access to an enclosed balcony (glazed veranda). The third bedroom is practical and serene, with two single beds. All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The two bathrooms (one full bathroom with bathtub and one practical service bathroom) are equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

This property has an automatic check-in system and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
