The home carries a special connection to the local heritage of Ribeira Grande and the traditional Cavalhadas de São Pedro, a centuries-old celebration dating back to the 16th century and still celebrated every year in honour of São Pedro. Step into the inviting open-plan kitchen and dining area, where traditional charm meets contemporary comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery, allowing you to prepare everything from a relaxed breakfast to a delicious home-cooked dinner. The dining area creates a welcoming setting for sharing meals and enjoying unhurried moments together. Large sliding glass doors open onto the patio, creating a beautiful connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape. Guests will have exclusive access to the house, including the private garden and outdoor dining area. The home is part of a cluster of three houses, each offering its own private retreat.

Other information
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
