Ideal for couples or small families, this accommodation features an elegant design with an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room, flooded with natural light, is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a day at the beach. The minimalist-style kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge and other practical appliances to help with your daily routine. Access to the vast terrace flows seamlessly from the living room. This incredible outdoor space is furnished with a dining table and a luxurious canopied outdoor bed, perfect for sunbathing, reading a book and enjoying the sea stretching out to the horizon. Please note that due to this privileged seafront location, seagulls are a frequent presence in the area; these birds can make some noise and occasionally leave traces of their presence on the terrace. The master bedroom features a contemporary concept, harmoniously separated from the living area by a glass wall, and is equipped with a very comfortable double bed to ensure peaceful nights. To further enhance your leisure experience, the accommodation includes access to an excellent shared pool in the building, ideal for a relaxing swim. This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. On the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). The loss or misplacement of the property access key, in case of code system failure, has a cost of €80. Parking: Free street parking and paid parking in the building.
