Welcome! This spacious duplex studio, decorated to provide comfort, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Porto and its attractions. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this apartment features a welcoming living area with an open-plan living room and kitchen on the lower floor. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV and a practical sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for accommodating additional guests. The functional kitchen is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hob and a fridge (please note there is no freezer), as well as a dining table for your group. The accommodation stands out for offering two bedrooms integrated into the flow of the duplex (without doors separating the rooms, maintaining the open studio concept). Each sleeping area is harmoniously decorated with a double bed and has the great convenience of its own en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please be aware that the windows in this space do not allow full blackout, making it the ideal environment for those who enjoy gently waking up with the morning light. To complement your experience, the property offers access to a fantastic shared social area.
