Welcome to Fownes Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2. This guesthouse offers a beautifully decorated city room, located on the second floor. The Exec, our largest room at 17m², has a stylish and comfortable space, complete with a private en-suite bathroom and dedicated workspace. Ideally located in the heart of Temple Bar, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore some of Dublin’s most iconic attractions, including the Guinness Storehouse, Trinity College, the Book of Kells, and St. Stephen’s Green. The area is also home to a fantastic selection of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, the room features a UK king bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A separate workspace adjacent to the bedroom makes the space equally suited for remote work or catching up on tasks during your stay. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. For your convenience, tea- and coffee-making facilities are provided. The en-suite bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can travel light and still feel at home. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, so all rooms are accessible only by stairs. We hope you enjoy your stay in the heart of Dublin!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We charge €120 per lost room key card. There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your key card safe. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
