Welcome to my 60m2 apartment on the 1st floor in the 13th Arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates four with its two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 60 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor with a lift. Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is the ideal base for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (queen 160x200 and convertible sofa 140x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair-dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The exterior features a furnished balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
