Welcome to my apartment! Upon entering, you will be greeted by an open-plan kitchen that opens onto the living room, ideal for preparing meals with all the necessary utensils. To the right, the living room invites you to relax while enjoying your favorite series on the television, with the comfort of air conditioning. The living room extends onto an open terrace, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or an evening drink. A small space with table and chairs offers a charming corner to enjoy Madrid's fresh air. To the left of the entrance, you will find a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and towels. The bedroom, next to the bathroom, is spacious and welcoming, offering a peaceful retreat with views of the street. The building has an elevator, but you need to climb 6 steps to access it, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Check-in at this accommodation is self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a nearby Keynest partner store close to the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in available upon request). You will receive the collection code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once guest registration is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
