Welcome to my 23 m² studio on the ground floor in Paris’s 17th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two people, featuring a mezzanine bedroom, a living area with a kitchen and lounge, and a bathroom. Ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris.
Space
Welcome to this charming 23 m² studio, located on the ground floor. Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more – perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris. The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a sofa bed for two people (120 x 200). The space can be converted into a lounge area with a television at your disposal for your moments of relaxation. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: hobs, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and cutlery. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. The bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. You’ll have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The mezzanine is not set up as a sleeping area during your stay. All that’s left for you to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay.

This is a self-contained flat. You will be asked to show proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. The smell of tobacco is considered a nuisance and will result in a deduction of €300 from your deposit. For any booking of more than 30 days, a civil/mobility rental contract must be signed on arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. The loft bed is very low to the ceiling and not very wide (105 × 190). We do not recommend it for use by two people.
