Welcome! This cosy and modern studio, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring Porto and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this apartment features an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa at the foot of the bed and a large TV, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. An elegant wall mirror enlarges the space and reflects the whole atmosphere. The functional and fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to the basic crockery, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, induction hob and a long marble-toned counter that serves as a dining area, offering everything to help with your day-to-day needs. The large side window extends across the room, allowing plenty of natural light in during the day, brilliantly illuminating the entire space and giving it an airy atmosphere. Please note that some street noise may be heard, so we suggest that light sleepers take this detail into consideration. The modern bathroom has all the amenities, including a spacious shower, towels and toiletries for your convenience. Access to the property involves flights of stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Check-in time is between 3pm and 10pm. The space is always professionally cleaned. This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
