Welcome! This bright apartment, equipped to make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point for exploring the island and its attractions. Ideal for couples and solo travellers, this accommodation features a spacious living and dining area. The living area is equipped with sofas, a TV and a large dining table, making it the perfect place to relax and socialise after a day of sightseeing. The separate fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, and also includes a washing machine (in a convenient adjoining utility area) to help you with your daily routine. The apartment has one bedroom with a serene atmosphere for resting. The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a comfortable double bed and a practical wardrobe to store your belongings. This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
