Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features a bright living area with a pleasant adjacent dining area. The living room stands out for its elegant and welcoming décor, equipped with comfortable sofas and a TV — the perfect space to relax and socialise after a day of sightseeing. The fantastic kitchen stands out for its design with picturesque blue and white chequered tiles. It is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, blender, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge and other modern appliances to assist you in your daily routine. Access to the balcony is conveniently available from the living room, allowing wonderful natural light to flood the entire space during the day. This outdoor area is the perfect spot to get some fresh air and appreciate the typical architecture of the neighbourhood. The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated, providing serene environments to recharge your energy. The master bedroom is a spacious and elegant space, equipped with an inviting double bed and large wardrobes to store your belongings in an organised manner. The second bedroom is very practical and features a handy bunk bed. All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay! Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and is only accessible via stairs. It is therefore not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
